Brand new terminal for OptimiDoc Cloud.

Known limitations:

- OptimiDoc as default app does not work if you swipe card from sleep mode
- Card assignment behavior
- Scan to SharePoint is not delivered
- Keyboard issue
- Accounting operations
- Popup for new folder creation is not fully visible
- Cross button works as save
- Finishing option values are not deleted
- Finishing options from terminal are not accepted
- Admin roles from the portal are not reflected for device settings
- Single Sign-On method is not supported
